Hobie Pedal Kayaks, Paddle Kayaks & Stand Up Boards are your personal watercraft. Our hire equipment provides a safe and enjoyable way to explore the pristine, crystal clear Lord Howe Island lagoon. Hobie equipment is a fast stable way to explore if you don’t want to paddle. The modern Hobie mirage drive system enables you to negotiate windy conditions, much easier than a conventional paddle kayak or board. Dry bags are provided with all hires.
Note : Kayaks & Boards are only hired for use within the Lord Howe Island lagoon
Wetsuits, fins, masks, and snorkels are available for hire.
The Lagoon
Lord Howe Island supports the most southerly coral reef in the world, as well as numerous endemic species of marine organisms – which you can only see in this World Heritage listed Marine Park.
