We loved our Balls Head Pyramid tour, we learned so much about the island and the snorkelling was great, this trip was a highlight of our time in Lord Howe Island. It was a pretty rough boat ride out but Dave handled the boat amazingly and he explained everything with so much enthusiasm. My 9 year old daughter came with us and we were initially worried she would not enjoy the trip and would not be able to do the snorkelling but there was no need to worry - she loved it all too.

Outstanding tour operators. Such a fantastic experience with a knowledgeable and fun team showing you all the highlights of the island with a great insight into the history of Lord Howe too. Made sure to accommodate everyone and safety was paramount. We snorkelled at balls and saw such an incredible array of sea life. Stunning views of Lord Howe the whole time. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great morning going out to Ball’s Pyramid. We signed up to do the snorkel but it was too rough to do so. Very happy with that decision by Dave the captain, as there was a fair bit of swell. But full refund on the snorkelling portion offered with no fuss. We still had a brilliant trip. Dave and the crew were very informative and all obviously loved their jobs. It was very evident especially by Dave’s number of ‘woohoos!’ throughout the trip. A great day and you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful boat trip out to Ball’s Pyramid and around Lord Howe Island. The staff are amazing, their knowledge and skill, managing the boat in a biggish swell. So exciting and magnificent scenery. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a fantastic ride with Dave and his friendly staff recently. The views were amazing. Very informative. Definitely a must do. We saw pods of dolphins, the Ball pyramid and its history is spectacular. Thanks for an entertaining, informative and scenic trip. Lisa

A spectacular day travelling by boat around Lord Howe Island and Ball's Pyramid. The snorkelling experience was brief but also amazing. We had great weather, so that contributed to the day; I'm not sure if I would have enjoyed it as much if the day was rough. That said, the company had cancelled the trip for the day we originally booked, so it is likely they will only go when the weather is good. It would have been good if water was available on board.

The staff at the shed and on the boat were terrific with their friendliness, information, presentations and helpfulness. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. The tour around Lord Howe island and Balls Pyramid and a few other smaller islands was very interesting and extremely scenic. Our thanks to Dave with his unusual enthusiastic shouts, calls and whistles, the lovely smiley Asher and the handsome young South African man 🤣.

We had a wonderful time on this tour with Dave and Evan. Dave had a lot of swell and current to deal with but the boat ride was still comfortable. We saw flying fish, dolphins, and whilst snorkelling a Galapagos shark, lots of beautiful coloured fish. The snorkelling was so enjoyable. Evan and Dave gave great commentary and were just lovely. We had an amazing day and highly recommend this tour. Wooooohooooo
